Posting of admission document

Netcall announces, further to the statement released on 1 June 2010, that the admission document relating to the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Telephonetics plc ("Telephonetics") has been posted to the Company's shareholders. The scheme circular, which contains, amongst other things, the scheme and the explanatory statement required by section 897 of the Companies Act 2006, has also been posted to Telephonetics' shareholders.

Copies of these documents will be available at Netcall's and Telephonetics' websites at www.netcall.com and www.telephoneticsvip.com respectively until the effective date of the scheme, 29 July 2010 ("Effective Date").

Copies of the admission document will be available free of charge from the Company's registered office and at the offices of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB, during normal business hours on any weekday (except for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and will remain available for at least one month after the admission to AIM of the new ordinary shares in Netcall on 30 July 2010.

Copies of the admission document and scheme circular will also be available for inspection during usual business hours on Monday to Friday of each week (public holidays excepted) up to and including the Effective Date at the registered office of Telephonetics, being 7th Floor, Hamilton House, 111 Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP1 1BB and at the offices of Taylor Wessing LLP, being 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW.
