Issue of Equity
Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging contact and workforce management solutions, today announces that it has issued 586,095 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Netcall Shares") following the exercise of options pursuant to Telephonetics plc's option schemes. The options were exercised in accordance with the written proposal made by Telephonetics plc ("Telephonetics") to the option holders on 14 June 2010 as part of the acquisition of Telephonetics by Netcall.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Netcall Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings of the new Netcall Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 16 August 2010.
