7 July 2008 - The Board of Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, was informed on 7 July 2008 that today, Mr. Henrik Bang, Chief Executive Officer of Netcall, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Bang is interested in a total of 430,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.65% of the Company's issued share capital of 66,050,937 Ordinary Shares.
