8 July 2008 - The Board of Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, was informed that on 7 July 2008, Mr. Ron Elder, Chairman of Netcall, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Elder is interested in a total of 180,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital of 66,050,937 Ordinary Shares.
