Director's Dealing

The Company announces that it has received notification that on 25 March 2011, Mr Mark Brooks, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 3,972,357 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to new and certain existing institutional investors (the "Sale"). The shares were sold at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the Sale, Mr Brooks is no longer interested in any Ordinary Shares.
