8 July 2008 - The Board of Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, was informed that on 7 July 2008, Mr. Roger Allsop, Non-executive director of Netcall, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8 pence per share, and a further 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.5 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Allsop is interested in a total of 1,150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.74% of the Company's issued share capital of 66,050,937 Ordinary Shares.
