Netcall PLC06 March 2006 6 March 2006 Netcall plc ("Netcall" or "the Company") Director's Shareholding The Company announces that the share option agreements of Henrik Bang, Chief Executive Officer, have been amended. Following approval at a board meeting on 6 March 2006, the existing 2,600,000 options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") held by Mr Bang have been cancelled (2,000,000 exercise price 22.5p and 600,000 exercise price 25p) and options over 2,170,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 5p have been issued to Mr Bang. These options vest in tranches, the business day immediately following the business day on which the mid-market closing price on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") of an Ordinary Share in the capital of the Company has reached a target price for 10 consecutive business days.
