Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of intelligent automation and customer engagement software, announces the purchase of 95,279 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by James Platt, Non-Executive Director, and the purchase of 14,499 Ordinary Shares by Richard Hughes, Chief Financial Officer.
Following the purchase of 95,279 Ordinary Shares, Mr Platt's shareholding is 95,279 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. Following the purchase of 14,499 Ordinary Shares, Mr Hughes' shareholding is 14,499 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
