Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of intelligent automation and customer engagement software, announces the sale of 160,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Henrik Bang, Non-Executive Chair at a price of 90 pence per Ordinary Share from Mr Bang's SIPP.
Following the sale of 160,000 Ordinary Shares, Mr Bang's shareholding is 6,180,777 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.75 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
