Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, 11 October 2016, the resolution put to the meeting was approved by shareholders.
Details of the proxy votes lodged are set out below:
