Director Roles and Responsibilities
NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, announces the following changes to its Director Roles and Responsibilities with effect from 3 December 2025.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Mr Tony Quinlan, Chair of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Management Engagement Committee, the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, the Remuneration & Nomination Committee, and Chair of the Market Disclosure Committee with effect from 3 December 2025.
