NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by Caroline Chan.
In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9R, the Company confirms that Caroline Chan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of NB Private Equity Partners Limited with effect from 18 September 2025.
