On 19th December 2008, John Glencross, a director of the Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc (the Company), purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company from his wife for a total consideration of £15,000. Mr Glencross' resultant interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company remains unchanged at 40,144 shares, representing 0.98% of the Ordinary Shares in issue. This holding is now directly held by Mr Glencross, whereas previously 20,000 shares were held by his wife.
