The second paragraph referred to application being made for 2,945,203 "C"Ordinary shares, this figures should have read 119,331. The third paragraph stated that:- Susan McDonald had subscribed for 10,000 shares on 5 April 2006 this should haveread 10,400 shares. Furthermore, Susan McDonald's holding was disclosed as 30,000 this should haveread 30,600. In addition, the interest of John Glencross was stated as 45,000 sharesrepresenting 0.54% of the issued C shares, this should have read 45,750representing 0.55% of the issued C shares. All other details remain unchanged, and the full text of the announcementappears below: At a board meeting held on 5 April 2006 a further 119,331 "C" Ordinary shares of10p each in Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc ("the Company") wereallotted under the prospectus published by the Company on 5 October 2005containing details of the Offer to Subscribe for up to 12,000,000 "C" Ordinaryshares in the Company. Application has been made for the admission of the 119,331 "C" Ordinary sharesto the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the LondonStock Exchange plc's market for listed securities. Trading in these "C" Ordinaryshares is expected to commence on 7 April 2006 at 8.00am. The total number of"C" Ordinary shares allotted to date is 8,393,209. As part of the allotment of "C" Ordinary shares announced by the Company on 5April, Susan McDonald, the wife of John Glencross, a director of the Company,subscribed for 10,400 "C" Ordinary shares, taking her total holding to 30,600"C" Ordinary shares. As a result, on the basis of an issued share capital of8,393,209 "C" Ordinary shares, John Glencross is interested in 45,750 "C"Ordinary shares representing 0.55% of the issued "C" Ordinary shares.
