TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES
The Board of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT PLC announces that on 21 March 2012 the Company purchased for cancellation 283,163 Ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 52.5p per share. Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 20 April 2012.
After cancellation of the shares, there will 11,351,880 Ordinary shares of 10p in issue.
