NCSP shareholders elected the Board of Directors

NCSP Group announces that on March 5, 2012 shareholders of NCSP elected following Directors into the company's Board following the Extraordinary General Meeting held in Novorossiysk (Portovaya st.16):

Maksim S. Grishanin

Ziyavudin G. Magomedov

Marat M. Shaidaev

Also Viktor A. Olerskiy is the member of the Board of Directors of NCSP according to the "golden share".
