Special Replacement Award of shares for Mike Maddison, Chief Executive Officer
NCC Group plc, (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Company / Group"), a leading independent global cyber security and resilience adviser, announces the granting of a Special Replacement Award ("Award") of shares to the Chief Executive Officer, Mike Maddison.
Mike has been granted an Award of 222,222 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (with a value of £500k at the grant date), vesting in September 2024. The award is made under Listing Rule 9.4.2(R), to facilitate the recruitment of Mike, in replacement of remuneration foregone on leaving his previous role. Vesting of the award is subject to Mike remaining in service and not giving notice of leaving prior to the vesting date. The Award will be subject to tax and National Insurance deductions at the point of exercise.
