The Company was notified today that on 18 December 2015, the Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below acquired the following ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 275 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to their participation in the open offer announced on 24 November 2015 ("Open Offer Shares").
