NCC Group plc, the global cyber security and risk mitigation group, announces that Tim Kowalski, FCA, will be joining the company as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") on July 23rd. The appointment follows the announcement on June 20th 2018 that Brian Tenner, current CFO, will be leaving the Group in August.
Tim Kowalski is a highly experienced finance director with significant listed company experience, most recently at Findel Plc where he was Group Finance Director between August 2010 and April 2017. He held similar roles previously at Homestyle Group Plc and N Brown Group Plc.
Commenting on his appointment Adam Palser, NCC Group CEO, said "I am delighted to welcome Tim to the team. His PLC expertise and strong operational record will be invaluable as our transformation programme gathers pace and we seek to capitalise on our strong position and the many opportunities in our markets."

There is no further information to be disclosed relating to Tim under paragraph 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
The Group today reported its financial results for the year ended 31 May 2018.
