Results of Buyback Offer
New Century Ain VCT 2 today announces that in respect of the buyback offer announced on the 2nd April 2013, the basic 10% offer was accepted in respect of 344,648 shares. Excess tenders will be satisfied to the extent of approximately 12.31% of the excess shares tendered. A total of 631,955 shares will be purchased at a price of 46.14p being a 5% discount to the net asset value of 48.45p as at 21st March, 2013.
It is anticipated that the proceeds payable to the Company’s Shareholders for the certificated shares purchased under the buyback offer will be despatched by the 19th July, 2013 in the form of a cheque or direct bank payment and that Crest account holders will have their Crest accounts credited on or before the 19th July, 2013.
Following the buyback, the number of shares in issue will be 5,687,595.
