In connection with a top up subscription of up to 574,000 ordinary 10p shares dated 12th April, 2012, the Company announces an allotment of 406,834 shares at 49.16p per share, being at a 2.5% premium to the closing net asset value per share on the 11th April, 2011. The shares have been subscribed by Michael Barnard (Director) bringing his total holding to 606,854 shares or 9.86% of the enlarged ordinary share capital. Following this allotment, the Company will have 6,152,384 shares in issue.
