i. £400,000,000 4.00 per cent. Fixed Rate Reset Senior Non-Preferred Notes due 2027 (the "2027 Notes");

ii. €750,000,000 4.000 per cent. Fixed Rate Reset Senior Non-Preferred Notes due 2028 (the "March 2028 Notes"); and

iii. €500,000,000 4.625 per cent. Fixed Rate Reset Senior Non-Preferred Notes due 2028 (the "October 2028 Notes"),

each issued pursuant to its U.S.$25,000,000,000 European Note Programme.
