NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS - REDEMPTION OF COVERED BONDS AND NOTICE TO DELIST COVERED BONDS ISSUED

Series 2012-2 £700,000,000 4.625 per cent. Regulated Covered Bonds due 2026

(the Series 2012-2 Covered Bonds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 8 June 2026 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 2012-2 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Nationwide Building Society (formerly Clydesdale Bank PLC) €15 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 2012-2 Covered Bonds, the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 2012-2 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 2012-2 Covered Bonds with effect from 7 July 2026 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
