Total voting rights
Following completion of the Placing announced on 18 April 2016, the Company confirms that 1,800,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing the First Placing Shares (as such term is defined in the announcement of the Placing and Open Offer) were admitted to trading on AIM this morning. As a result, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 20,440,708 Ordinary Shares, including 215,150 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Therefore the figure of 20,225,558 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
