Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, is pleased to announce that it was notified by Mr. Ash Mehta, the Company’s Financial Director, that he has today purchased 2,360 ordinary shares in the Company, at the price of 135 pence per ordinary share.

Northbridge Industrial Services was incorporated for the purpose of acquiring companies that hire and sell specialist industrial equipment supplying a non-cyclical customer base including utility companies, the public sector and the oil and gas industries.
