Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, is pleased to announce that yesterday Mr. Ash Mehta, the Company's Financial Director, purchased 2,164 ordinary shares in the Company, at the price of 124.7 pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Ash Mehta is now the beneficial owner of 15,955 shares representing approx. 0.2% of the Company's total issued share capital.
