Northbridge Industrial ServicesĀ plc, theĀ industrial services and rental company,Ā is pleased toĀ announceĀ thatĀ yesterdayĀ Mr. Ash Mehta, the Company's Financial Director,Ā purchasedĀ 2,164Ā ordinary shares in the Company,Ā at the price of 124.7Ā pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction,Ā Ash MehtaĀ is now the beneficial owner ofĀ 15,955Ā shares representingĀ approx. 0.2% of the Company'sĀ totalĀ issued share capital.
