Northbridge Industrial Services PLC06 June 2006 Northbridge Industrial Services plc ("the Company") Appointment of Non Executive Directors The Board of Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the Company incorporated forthe purpose of acquiring companies that hire and sell specialist industrialequipment such as generators, load banks, pumps, air compressors, heaters andchillers, today announces the appointment of Mr Michael Dodson and Mr DavidMarshall as non-executive directors with immediate effect. Mr D Marshall was a non-executive Director of Netasset Limited (formerlyDuratube & Wire Limited), a cable manufacturer, which went into administrativereceivership on 13 August 1991. To the best of his knowledge the final estimateddeficiency as regards the creditors was £4.6 million.
