DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified on 8 July 2010 that Mikel Faulkner, a director of the Company, has purchased a total of 30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. Mr Faulkner acquired the shares in two transactions of 15,000 ordinary shares each on both of 6 July 2010 and 7 July 2010 at 72p and 71.5p per share respectively.

Following this purchase, Mr. Faulkner has a beneficial interest in 235,250 ordinary shares representing 0.66% of the issued share capital of the Company.
