Preliminary results date

Nasstar, the cloud service provider, is pleased to advise today that it will publish preliminary results for the 15 month period ended 31 December 2013 on 7 April 2014. Nasstar changed its year end to 31 December to bring its accounting reference date into line with that of e-know.net Ltd ("e-know.net").

Whilst this accounting period predates Nasstar's acquisition of e-know.net the Directors expect to provide shareholders with a full update in respect of e-know.net's trading for the year ended 31 December 2013 at the same time.
