Nasstar PLC02 July 2007 Nasstar Plc 2 July 2007 Nasstar plc and Coms plc announce a joint venture Nasstar plc ("Nasstar" or the "Company", AIM: NASA) which provides software ondemand and Coms plc ("Coms", AIM:COMS) the broadband phone service provider haveentered into a joint venture agreement to market their services. Under the termsof the agreement, Nasstar will actively market Coms' voice over IP service toits customers with the objective of generating additional revenue from itssubscribers who wish to take advantage of the benefits and cost savings a hostedphone service. Coms will market Nasstar's hosted email, BlackBerry and hosteddesktop services to its business customers who wish to benefit from on demandemail and software.
