Nasstar PLC01 May 2007 Nasstar Plc 1 May 2007 Directors Dealings Nasstar Plc ("Nasstar" or "the Group", AIM: NASA), announces today that thefollowing Directors of the Group have acquired Ordinary Shares in the Group: Lord Daresbury, Chairman of Nasstar, has acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares in thecapital of the Group, on 30 April 2007, at a price of 31p per share. LordDaresbury's total holding now stands at 2,114,524 Ordinary Shares, representing14.61% of the issued share capital of the Group. Of these 924,857 OrdinaryShares are held by Nortrust Nominees Limited on trust for Lord Daresbury. Charles Black, CEO of Nasstar, has acquired 10,834 Ordinary Shares in thecapital of the Group, between 30 April and 1st May 2007, at a weighted averageof 27.92p per share. Mr Black's total holding now stands at 6,632,500 OrdinaryShares, representing 45.83% of the issued share capital of the Group. Kevin Bird, Sales Director of Nasstar, has acquired 8,000 Ordinary Shares in thecapital of the Group, on 30 April 2007, at a price of 30p per share . Mr Bird'stotal holding now stands at 1,206,622 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.34% of theissued share capital of the Group. Damion Greef, a Non-Executive Director of Nasstar, has acquired 25,000 OrdinaryShares in the capital of the Group, between 30 April and 1st May 2007, at aweighted average price of 28.60p per share . Mr Greef's total holding nowstands at 807,381 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.58% of the issued sharecapital of the Group.
