Nasstar (AIM: NASA), the Hosted Desktop cloud computing provider, announces that on 25 April 2013 Tony Eve, Nasstar's Finance Director, purchased 190,476 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 10.5p per share. These shares are being held in Mr Eve's pension fund. As a result Tony Eve now holds 548,609 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.89% of Nasstar's issued share capital.
