Director Dealings and grant of options
Nasstar plc, the hosted desktop cloud computing provider, announces that on 30 November 2010 Tony Eve, Nasstar's Finance Director, purchased 81,355 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 14.75p per share. Charles Black, Nasstar's Chief Executive, purchased 34,167 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 13.5p. As a result of these purchases Tony Eve now holds 176,355 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 0.49% of the issued share capital and Charles Black holds 8,900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 24.91% of the issued share capital.
The Company also announces that its Remuneration Committee has authorised the award of options under the Nasstar plc Share Option Scheme. Options over a total of 530,000 ordinary shares have been granted, representing 1.48% of the current issued share capital of the Company. Of these, 100,000 options have been granted for staff, 100,000 to DFM Limited trading as FD Solutions (through whom the services of Tony Eve, Nasstar's Finance Director, are employed) and 330,000 for directors. The options have an exercise price of 12p, a small premium to yesterday's mid market closing price, and are exercisable at any time between the second and tenth anniversaries of the date the options were granted, being 30 November 2010.
