Director Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce that Julian Fagge has been appointed to the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") as a non-executive director with effect from 20 June 2023 and will be up for shareholder election at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting.

Mr Fagge has over 25 years' experience within global blue-chip and FTSE 100 plc environments. He is currently President of Smiths Interconnect, a division of Smiths Group PLC, having formerly held positions within Smiths including President of Flex-Tek, Strategy & M&A Director, and Group Financial Controller. Prior to this, he spent time at Royal Caribbean Cruises and at Procter & Gamble. Mr Fagge is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree from Edinburgh University.

The Company is very pleased to welcome Mr. Fagge to the Board and looks forward to the significant contribution he will make.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, Mr Fagge has advised that he holds no listed directorship positions. There are no other matters which need to be disclosed in accordance with the FCA's Listing Rule 9.6.13.
