Voting Rights and Share Capital
Further to the announcement on 3rd November 2010, the Company confirms that the 2,700,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each that were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options have been admitted to trading at 8.00 am on 8th November 2010. Following this issue of shares, Nanoco will have an enlarged share capital of 188,337,682 Ordinary Shares.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Nanoco Group plc under the FSAs Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
