Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Nanoco Group plc (AIM: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2014 and the notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 11 December 2014 at 10.30am at Nanoco's headquarters at The Core Technology Facility, 46 Grafton Street, Manchester, M13 9NT.
