Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Nanoco Group plc (AIM: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2013 and the notice of the 2013 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held on Wednesday 18 December 2013 at 10.30am at Nanoco's headquarters, 46 Grafton Street, Manchester, M13 9NT.
