Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific nanomaterials emanating from its technology platform, announces that it will be hosting a presentation to shareholders via the Investor Meet Company platform on 24 July at 12:30 pm GMT.

The presentation will focus on the matters set out in the Circular and Notice of General Meeting that was issued on 18 July 2023, together with the Board's recommendation that shareholders VOTE AGAINST ALL of the Requisitionists' resolutions.

Questions should be submitted in advance to NanocoGM@mhpgroup.com or via the Investor Meet Company Dashboard until 5:00 pm on 21 July 2023.
