Shareholding Notification
Nanoco Group plc (AIM: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of commercial quantities of quantum dots, received notification on 23 December 2009 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd ("CACI") that on 21 December 2009 CACI made a disposal of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, which has resulted in CACI's shareholding, and percentage of voting rights, being reduced below 3% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
