Alan has over 30 years experience working with senior executives across a widerange of sectors and he enjoys substantial IT Recruitment experience, having ledthe Search & Selection practice at Ernst & Young for a number of years. He has spent the last 20 years as a management consultant, firstly as a partnerwith Ernst & Young and more recently as Managing Director of Compass ManagementConsulting Limited. Alan is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Gresham Computing plc, thefull-listed provider of solutions, software products, consulting services andspecialist contract staff and Non-Executive Director of AIM-listed MacLellanGroup plc, a provider of facilities, support and security services to retail,commercial, industrial, travel and public sector clients.
