Result of Annual Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that, at its Annual Meeting held on 7 July 2021 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QR, the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual Meeting were duly passed on a Poll.

Confirmation of Directorate Change
As previously announced, Tim Eggar, former Chairman and Non-executive Director, did not stand for re-election at the Annual Meeting and stepped down from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. Also, as previously announced, Tom Lamb, a Non-executive Director, has been appointed Chairman in his place with immediate effect.
