Director Shareholding
The Company announces that today, 16 August 2019, Non-Executive Chairman, Tim Eggar, and Chief Executive Officer, Connie Mixon purchased 8,182 and 450,000 shares, respectively, in the Company at a price of 55p per share.
Following this transaction, Tim Eggar holds 140,511, while Connie Mixon holds 1,457,703, ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.72% and 7.50%, respectively, of the Company's issued share capital.
