The Company announces that it was notified on 11 November 2021 by Thomas Lamb, Chairman and a Director of the Company, that on 10 November 2021 he purchased 25,000 Common Shares at a price of £0.72 per Common Share. Following this transaction, Mr Lamb is interested in 25,000 Common Shares representing 0.13 per cent of the present issued capital of the Company.
