The following amends the Director Share Dealing announcement released today under RNS number 2984K at 4.56pm.
The details should read:
In addition, the Company has also been informed that today Vikram Kailas, a former director of the Company, transferred for nil consideration all of the 2,400,000 Options held directly in his name to Ravi Kailas, who then transferred all of the above mentioned 2,400,000 Options to the Raksha Trust.

Director Share Dealing
The Company has been informed that today Ravi Kailas, Chairman & CEO of the Company, transferred for nil consideration his remaining holding of 26,575 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 9,090,889 options over Ordinary Shares in the Company, with an exercise price of 115p, ("Options") that are held directly in his name to R&H Trust Co (Jersey) Limited (the "Trustee") as trustee of The Raksha Trust (the "Trust"), a Jersey based discretionary trust settled by Ravi Kailas, of which he and some of his family members and also a philanthropic trust are discretionary beneficiaries. This is further to his transfer of 94,250,000 Ordinary Shares to the Trustee, announced on 24 December 2012.
In addition, the Company has also been informed that today Vikram Kailas, a former director of the Company, transferred for nil consideration all of the 2,400,000 Options held directly in his name to Ravi Kailas, who then transferred all of the above mentioned 2,400,000 Options to the Raksha Trust.
Following the transfers, neither Ravi Kailas nor Vikram Kailas hold any Ordinary Shares or Options directly and the Trustee holds 94,276,575 Ordinary Shares, 94,250,000 of which are held through the BVI Companies as announced on 24 December 2012 and 26,575 which are held directly by the Trustee, representing, in aggregate, approximately 57.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, and 11,490,889 Options, for a beneficial class comprising Ravi Kailas, some of his family members and a philanthropic trust.
