User Acquisition update

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media and entertainment platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, is pleased to announce an update in its user acquisition numbers which are ahead of expectations. As at 30 June 2015 the total number of users of MySQUAR's products were approximately 907,360 representing an increase of approximately 17 % on total users as at 31 May 2015 being 774,636 total users as stated in the Company's AIM Admission Document. The Company plans to update the market on its user account acquisition figures on a regular basis and upon the achievement of further key milestones.

Commenting on the growth in user numbers CEO Eric Schaer said,

"It is exciting to see the increase in user numbers of MySQUAR's products over the past month which continues the excellent growth in users we have seen during 2015. This growth, coupled with our recent AIM listing, provides a strong foundation for the Company's future success in what has already been a very positive year for the Company."
