Spin-Off Casual Game Launch

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, is excited to announce the launch of a new casual game called Fish Hunter - Kotanger 3D ("Fish Hunter 3D") today.

This is a spin-off game to the Company's existing MyFish casual game which just had its one year anniversary in August. MyFish is the second most popular mobile game offering in Myanmar from MyGame, the mobile game division of MySQUAR, based on Google Play rankings. MyFish also has the largest number of registered users and revenue on the MyGame platform and continues to grow. In MyFish, players add money to receive ammunition to shoot fish and earn gold which can later be redeemed for phone top-up cards. As the game is easy to play MyFish has the most diverse user base with the highest number of female users and the largest age range amongst MyGame offerings.

Due to its widespread popularity, the Company has decided to launch Fish Hunter 3D with some RPG elements such as 3D visuals, an inventory system and customisation which allows for potentially higher monetisation opportunities and a broader audience. Fish Hunter 3D follows the same gameplay as MyFish and supports up to four-players simultaneously, however it contains more advanced features including enhanced 3D graphics, more rooms, an extended choice of weapons and ammunition, as well as a weapon customisation option through additional add-ons. Players can either buy or collect a variety of items that can be used for weapon or bullet upgrades or can be redeemed for phone top-up cards.
