Speculation regarding fundraising
MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media and entertainment platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, notes recent speculation regarding a potential equity fundraising by the Company.
The Board of MySQUAR confirms that the Company is not looking to proceed with an equity raise at the present time.
