Total voting rights
Further to the announcement earlier today relating to the placing to raise £455,000 (the "Placing"), MySQUAR Limited is pleased to announce that Neil Osborn, a directors of the Company, has subscribed for a total of 571,429 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at a price of 3.5 pence per share (the "Director Shares"), being on the same terms as the Placing, for a further sum of £20,000. For each Placing Share subscribed for, Neil Osborn will also receive 1 warrant to subscribe for one new share of no par value each in the Company at an exercise price of 5.5 pence per share with a 3 year exercise period from admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission").
Application will be made for the 13,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value issued under the Placing, together with the 571,429 Director Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Such shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares in the Company, and Admission is expected to take place on or around 15 August 2016.
The following Director has subscribed for Director Shares, with the resultant shareholding as described below:

Total voting rights
At Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 201,356,097 ordinary shares with no par value, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 201,356,097.
