MySQUAR Limited ("MySQUAR" or the "Company")

Additional Draw Down on Loan Facility

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, announces that it has drawn down a further USD 100,000 (the "Funds") from the Company's existing facility (the Facility") with Sandabel Capital LP ("Sandabel") in accordance with previously announced terms.

The Funds will provide additional working capital and in particular will support:

· Acceleration of the Company's planned mobile games launches;

· Repayment of part of the outstanding loan from Rising Dragon Singapore, where USD 885,000 is presently outstanding; and

· Supplementing the launch costs of new apps including Fastsell and the VoIP business.

Following this latest drawdown, the total amount drawn down from the Facility is USD 750,000.

The Board of MYSQ expects to have fully drawn down the remainder of the Sandabel facility within the next three months.
